Our Music Ministry

The Music Ministry Team at Trinity Lutheran Church is made up of a dedicated staff and volunteers who strive to enhance the worship experience through the joy of music. Our organist, accompanists, cantors, and vocal and instrumental soloists & ensembles provide special music and support congregational singing in a wide variety of styles appropriate to each worship service.

Liz Wolber, Director of Music Ministries. Liz directs the vocal and instrumental ensembles at Trinity. She has a M. M. in Choral Conducting and has been a music educator in both public and private schools. Before coming to Trinity, Liz was Music Associate at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church in Dallas, TX. New members are welcome at any time – our groups have a wonderful time enjoying each other’s fellowship and praising God with our music!

Dolly Collins, Church Organist. Dolly is available to accompany soloists, cantors, as well as the Congregation. She is available to support your Wedding and/or other special services. Dolly also accompanies the Sanctuary Choir. Dolly is in her 33rd year as Trinity's Organist.

Ann Dill, Worship Accompanist. Ann accompanies both vocal and instrumental musicians. Ann offers wonderfully supportive music via our digital Roland keyboard.

Music Ensembles

Chancel Bells rehearses from 6:30- 7:20 p.m. on Thursday evenings.Music reading and prior handbell experience is helpful, but not necessary. The Bells participate in Worship about once a month. Chancel Bells Calendar

Sanctuary Choir rehearses from 7:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursday evenings. We participate in the 9:00 worship service about three Sundays a month. Music reading and prior singing experience are not necessary! Sanctuary Choir Calendar

Celebration Singers rehearse from 9:45-10:30a.m. on Sunday mornings. This energetic group leads the congregation in praise songs at the 10:30am contemporary worship service every week. Celebration Singers Calendar

Praise Band warms-up at 10:10am for the 10:30am Celebration Service, and stays after to rehearse for the following week. All instrumentalists are welcome: Youth and Adults, brass, winds, strings and percussion! Praise Band Calendar

Joyful Ringers Formally known as the Youth Ringers, this hand bell group is now open to adult beginning and intermediate ringers as well as youth ringers. We will learn handbell techniques and prepare music in a variety of styles. Joyful Ringers Calendar

Children's Music This fall, all Sunday School Children will participate in a Music Opening before heading to their individual Sunday School classes. Younger children will gather with Keely Hoffman, while the older children meet in the Social Hall with Liz. We will sing songs both old and new, play instruments, and are planning to still have a Children's Christmas Presentaion during worship on December 20th.
